What We Offer

Pilates Classes

  • Reformer Pilates: Experience the benefits of slow, controlled movements on the reformer machine, designed to improve core control, posture, flexibility, and overall strength.
  • Mat Pilates: Engage in floor-based exercises that emphasise precision and mindfulness, helping you develop body awareness and strength. 

Class Structure

  • Each class lasts 55 minutes and includes a dedicated post-workout stretch, ensuring you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 

Mat Home Visits

  • We can visit you at home and accommodate either private or small group classes in the comfort of your own home.  

Clinical Rehabilitation Pilates

  • 1:1 sessions lead classes with our experienced Physiotherapist.

I worked with Kat on and off over several years, initially seeing her solely as a Physiotherapist. I had a series of musculoskeletal injuries from back pain to ligament and tendon strains, regardless of the problem Kat instinctively knew how to treat it. Her extensive experience and patience was evident and her focus went beyond recovery, aiming to prevent future injuries as well. This led us into Pilates to improve my flexibility and overall resilience.
