I participated in Tracey’s Pilates classes in Hong Kong. For someone who is generally uncomfortable in group settings, Tracey’s lessons were so much fun and relaxed. Tracey is encouraging, supportive, exceptionally well-informed and is able to include participants that may be beginners or advanced in the same setting. If you are struggling with back problems or need strength training in specific areas, Tracey will be able to help. I cannot recommend her highly enough as an instructor and am very excited she is now offering classes here in Brisbane.

I worked with Kat on and off over several years, initially seeing her solely as a Physiotherapist. I had a series of musculoskeletal injuries from back pain to ligament and tendon strains, regardless of the problem Kat instinctively knew how to treat it. Her extensive experience and patience was evident and her focus went beyond recovery, aiming to prevent future injuries as well. This led us into Pilates to improve my flexibility and overall resilience. Kat was also incredibly generous with her time providing me with personalized routines to build strength with sports specific training. I've since recommended her to several others who've had similarly positive experiences and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her again.
